3. If your purchase is for yourself, make the delivery information the same as the credit card information. If it is a gift, provide the recipient's address in the delivery information. If you want the gift to be sent with a personal message from you, type it into the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box. If you want multiple units, please enter the number in the QUANTITY box.
4. Your order will be confirmed by automated e-mail within 24 hours. If you don't get it, mail us.
5. Your card will be debited only after we ship your order, and will be confirmed by a separate e-mail, with shipping details.
6. We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
7. Do not close the browser window, press the back or refresh buttons or disconnect until you get a message on your screen which states that the transaction is complete. To avoid being billed twice inadvertently, don't press any button more than once.
8. Transactions may fail if the server of your credit card provider or bank is temporarily overloaded. Try again later and you should get through.
